Cancellation & Refund Policy for Food Technology BD:

What constitutes a refund?

A refund is issued when a User/learner encounters technical difficulties preventing access to the course on the website, fails to receive promised resources, or mistakenly purchases a course instead of another from Food Technology BD website. Such requests undergo a verification process.

Refund Procedure:

To request a refund:

Mail refund@foodtechnologybd.com within 48 hours of payment.
Provide your email address/phone number used for registration and purchase.
Receive an mail with a form to officially submit the refund request, including purchase details.
Refund requests are valid only if initiated within 48 hours of purchase via mail.

Refund Exceptions:

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

Refund requests made after 48 hours from the purchase date.
Once a Course Certificate is earned within the 48-hour complaint period.
If a course certificate is earned within 7 days after a refund request is filed.
Completion of any course activities or viewing more than 5 premium/paid videos.
Purchase of e-books or subscription-based courses after the class has commenced.
Refund Process:

Upon submitting a refund request:

Enrolled course access will be temporarily locked.
Receive notification via mail within 3 working days if the refund is approved.
Upon approval, you’ll be unenrolled from the course, and progress will reset.
Refunds are processed within 7-14 working days via the original payment method or as a voucher.
Confirmation of the refund will be sent via email/SMS to your registered contact details.
